You arre wonderful! We truly feel blessed for you
to come into our lives.
The $5000 check, $4000 option consideration and 1st
months rent surely felt great in our hands.
Your saying kept going through our minds, "Everything
is negotiable!" when we get nervous. The tenant-buyer
moved in yesterday. 20 days in and out of the deal.
Now we are looking for the next deal.

I cannot even begin to thank you, not only for your
genuine concern (which is rare today, and even rarer
in the RE arena) but for the time you spent helping
a new investor like myself get on the right track.
There are so many "gurus" out there that take the money
and run. (personal experience in reference here) They
leave you in more debt than when you started, and without
any resources to improve your situation. You took the
time out of your day to personally contact me and help
me. You did this out of the goodness of your heart,
not for a fee, not to promote something, but because
I got involved with the wrong mentoring program and
you knew if I didn't get on the right track I would
be hard pressed to make this work. Thank you for pointing
me in the right direction. I have read every one of
your articles and I love your approach to Real Estate
with Purchase Options. They really do give everyone
involved a win-win deal and would make any investor
respected and credible in their markets. I look forward

Hi Max, I mean Claude:
Wow is all I can say about your GUTS Sales System. I
just finished reading it. I started it on the way home
(my wife drove) and devoured the rest of it until now.
I can honestly say that it was the hands down best book
on sales I've ever read, and I've read over 100 of the
so called best on the planet. I feel like you are my
Max and I'm Leo. I want to go get a job at a car dealership
for a month to try it out. :-) Wow!!
I thought I had reached the point in my life where there
was nothing new and original I could learn the would
truly blow me away, but this did it. I've already thought
of multiple ways I can apply this to my Infomercial
selling business and to train my new sales force. It
really is true that the most brilliant techniques are
usually the ones that are common sense, direct and honest.
You've knocked this one out of the park.
I can see why you felt that reading this would be the
most important place to start. I'd be driving blind
in the lease option business without the GUTS method.
I'll be soaking up the rest of your materials by the
end of this week; my appetite is voracious now after
finishing the GUTS book.
Knowing what to do now is just the first step. Now I
have to apply the new technique I'll give you an update
asap to let you know how my sales are going from this
point on.

I got your book on Friday and I've already read
it five times. Wow! This book is a must-read for
everyone who makes their living in the sales profession.
Not only does it show you a sales method that works,
but it is truly inspiring and reminds even an old

Napoleon Hill's 'Think And Grow Rich.'
